That said, my experience with the warranty presentatio went above and beyond during my buying experience. He made the process smooth and positive. I felt the finance portion was somewhat exaggerated and came across as more sales-driven than informative, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, while the car was detailed prior to delivery, there were still a few small areas that were not fully cleaned and were things I easily addressed myself once I got home. More
