Simon Brooker is the BEST! We have been kicking tires, so to speak; looking for just the right pre-owned BMW. My husband and I went to Dave Walter looking at certified pre-owned 3-series. Simon Brooker assisted us with what was available. We test drove a couple of 3-series and very soon realized the one we wanted to purchase. We decided on a 2009 335XI with only 1500 miles on it. There was no pressure put on us that evening to make the purchase immediately (as some car dealers will do to just make a sale). It was an auto purchase experience that neither my husband nor myself had ever experienced, but in a positive way. We went back two days later to seal the deal. To our surprise, the car had never been previously owned and was listed as a demo. So we got an awesome deal on the car and the original 4 year manufacture warranty started the day we purchased it. Since the deal was closed late in the day and the service department was closed, they were unable to secure a rental for us while we waited for the car to be "delivery condition." So they let us take the car that day and we scheduled to bring it back later in the week to get a full detail of the car. Simon has been VERY helpful and patient with all the questions I come up with and he made sure that we had everything we needed - and continues to do so. We did have a minor issue with a faulty fuel injector, but again Simon and Josh (service department) were very patient and wonderful to work with. They are professional and polite.
