I was interested in something that had been used as a dealer loaner, with low mileage, but still with BMW warranties intact. Jeff Rodriguez and the team at BMW of Alexandria heard exactly what I was looking for, had it, and really wanted to reach a deal on my terms. Result: car was sold within two hours of my test drive. I give Jeff high marks for listening, scrambling, and then putting the deal together that I wanted. He's also been great on a couple of follow-up details. Jeff made me feel at home right away and set off to find the status of the 328 which was still being processed for selling since was just recently added to inventory. I felt comfortable through the entire purchase process with Jeff, who was extremely knowledgeable of the BMW products and put me at ease with down to earth conversation. I never felt under pressure and Jeff helped me out to get the price point down to what I felt comfortable with. In the end, the decision to buy just felt right; the 328xi was in beautiful condition with only 52K miles, offered to me at great price and Jeff was completely honest and upfront with me up until I got into the car to drive it home. More
