Not Just Excellent - Amazing ! I just leased my second car from BMW of Alexandria and couldn't be happier, been dealing with them for 3 years. My salesman on both the new and the old vehicles, Nabil Haddad, made all the arrangements, put my new car on order just the way I wanted it, kept me up to date on progress, worked all the leasing arrangements, enabling me to end my old lease 3 months early. I got credit on the new car for a lease payment that I'd already made and BMW bought back some extra, unused miles I had purchased for the old car. He did a terrific job for me, I got a great deal and was delighted with all steps in the process. Service at this dealership is amazing ! They are prompt, efficient and professional I run the car in, can always get a loaner, (and not just some old car, my last loaner was a 3-Series SUV with 80 miles on it), and get out. One time, the dealer called me to say that my car had called them because it needed service and they were calling to set up an appointment. The last time I picked up my car after service, pulled into the lot at 9 minutes of 12, returned the loaner, had car brought around, paid for some BMW stuff I bought (which they had already put in the car) and was pulling out right at 12 - in and out in 9 minutes, now that is service ! This is, flat out, a terrific dealership, best I've ever dealt with ! More

Excellent Customer Service I first visited BMW of Alexandria in June 2016. At first, I was just surveying the inventory they had on the premises. After about an hour, I was app I first visited BMW of Alexandria in June 2016. At first, I was just surveying the inventory they had on the premises. After about an hour, I was approached by Salesman Leigh Ross. He of course asked us what we were looking for. We weren't sure at the time as we were just starting to look for my replacement car which was a Volkswagen TDI. With that in mind, Leigh was very patient with us. He sat us down and gave us about an hour long overview on different BMW makes and models and the key differences between each, to include all different packages available. Knowing that we were not in an immediate position to purchase or lease, he still took the time to educate us. Over the course of the next few months, we kept in contact. He would let me know what specials were going on and I would let him know what models I still wanted to test drive, as each car (package included) drove slightly different. When I found the perfect replacement car, I immediately let him know the model and stock number. He ensured that it was still on the lot. Even warned me when the car was getting a lot of attention from potential buyers. So we went in to the dealer and test drove it. Fell in love with it. I loved the fact that not once did I feel pressured to buy at all. Not like you get from other dealerships. His concerns were genuine. He was most helpful in every step of the way through our purchase process. This includes from the first time we established a relationship with him. He is very knowledgeable about the BMW product line and was most helpful. I highly recommend anyone going to this dealership to ask for him personally. When I found a day after I drove off the lot, at big gouge in the running board of my 328, Leigh immediately got me scheduled for an appointment to bring the car in and have that blemish remedied that same day. His genius assistant Lila Branch was equally as knowledgeable and helpful when she came along for a couple of test drives. And when we finally purchased, she took all the time in the world with us to ensure that we were very familiar with all the operation aspects of the car and its complex entertainment/navigation systems. After driving 2 different models I decided on the X3 and ask to have the evening to discuss it with my husband. At no time was there a pressure to buy and that uncomfortable feeling you get from some dealerships if you are not willing to sigh the bottom line when you walk in. I work in a luxury environment and have for the past 30 years so I am confident when I see someone that exemplifies luxury sales and service. Since we live in Southern Maryland, it is a challenge to get there, on every trip the entire staff bends over backwards to ensure our satisfaction. We did a lot of research and zeroed in sedan and suv choices amongst the three German auto manufacturers and then reached out to two dealerships of each in our area. The response we got was very telling (and symptomatic of our experience in subsequent visits to the dealerships). Both BMW dealerships were a league apart with friendly and helpful conversations. Audi was completely indifferent while Mercedes was all about the hard sell. The one person that stood out from the pack and sealed the deal for us was Malik Faye at the BMW of Alexandria. From go he actually listened to our needs, provided helpful feedback and helped us zero in to a final decision that met our needs. He was fair on pricing and was incredibly helpful all through the process. There was no hard sell, or unpleasantries that we often associate with dealing with aggressive car sale persons. We finally went with a new custom order 2017 X3 3.5i xdrive From the point of responding to our initial queries, all through the purchase, delivery and then follow up we enjoyed working with Malik. We love the car and are enjoying it a lot. Would have no hesitation in recommending Mailk and team. We are hoping service calls are as smooth (and fair) an experience as we have had so far!
