I genuinely did NOT think I would walk out with the car of my dreams, given the horrible encounters with other dealerships I had had. Jeff Rodriguez at the BMW of Alexandria greeted us with a warm smile and reassurance that he could find me what I wanted, at the price I wanted. And just a couple hours later I drove off the lot with an AMAZING deal and a gorgeous car that I love (328xi). He made the process seamless and made sure I was satisfied, without the bs that comes from typical dealership sales guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More

He made sure that I wasn't pressured during this whole process, including price negotiations. When all was said and done, I had a price I was happy with and a person that I was happy to work with. While I was looking for a brand new car, I selected a preowned two year old vehicle due to the BMW warranty program, low mileage, and excellent condition. He was not pushy (like many car sales people) and he was sensitive to my need to review and try out several makes and models. When I finally picked out my car, I did so because of the great deal I received from Jeff. He is a man of his word- the bumper was scratched (typical city bumper) and he had it repaired and it looks brand new). I would highly recommend him as I would return to him when I am ready for another car. More
