Service-Oriented I had been researching low-mileage BMW 2016 cars, and visited two other BMW dealerships in the DC area (there are quite a few within a 50 mile radius) I had been researching low-mileage BMW 2016 cars, and visited two other BMW dealerships in the DC area (there are quite a few within a 50 mile radius). I was interested in something that had been used as a dealer loaner, with low mileage, but still with BMW warranties intact. Jeff Rodriguez and the team at BMW of Alexandria heard exactly what I was looking for, had it, and really wanted to reach a deal on my terms. Result: car was sold within two hours of my test drive. I give Jeff high marks for listening, scrambling, and then putting the deal together that I wanted. He's also been great on a couple of follow-up details. This car has 4600 miles on it, with a huge mark-down like a wanted, while it still looks and drives like new, with 92% of the warranty and free maintenance still remaining. Great deal. Thanks, Jeff.
