I knew what I wanted (a new 4 series Gran Coupe -- in RED and the options). He was extremely personable and helpful with selecting the options that I would actually use. In the end I had to order the car and he made an extra effort that it would arrive before Christmas, which it did. I would recommend Paul Blakeman and BMW of Alexandria without reservation. They even spent an hour going over the various controls, etc. in the car (Ayesha) and scheduled a second free session in a couple of weeks to show me even more of the features! What a great personal touch. Everyone there was extremely helpful and the nice thing was there was no attempt to push you to buy or to sell you options and services which you did not want or need! Much different from other BMW dealers with whom I have dealt! A truly GREAT "ultimate driving experience"! More

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I don't know what I was thinking bringing my BMW back here for service! I really don't think the service department is trustworthy. The worse thing a I don't know what I was thinking bringing my BMW back here for service! I really don't think the service department is trustworthy. The worse thing about it is I bought my car from them! Next time I will go elsewhere. It has been constantly painful to deal with them over the lifetime of my BMW. You can tell they have issued as they appear to have a high turnover rate among their service writers and service managers. My advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! More
