Paul worked with me online and by the time I arrived at the dealership, I had to walk in and sign the papers and drive off with my new X6. Here it is almost 3 years later and I get an E-mail from Paul, basically offering to give me a new car for the same price that I paid 3 years ago. I told him that I needed to be able to walk in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes and to have all paperwork ready to go . That happened today from 1:10 to 1:28. Thanks Paul! More

I have had my 2014 X5 3.5 xdrive (with the M Sport Package) since June 2014. Extremely happy with it. Paul Blakeman was great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and also kept me from buying options that I didn't really need. Paul also followed up to make sure everything was going well after the purchase. I would highly recommend Paul Blakeman and this dealership to anyone! More

An issue with the vehicle came up and the sales rep was able to provide me with a few options so that I could make the best decision for my vehicle purchase. Kevin is an extremely thorough and knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicles. He isn't looking simply to sell you a car just to sell you a car. He asks the right questions and with his experience can generally answer, steer you in the right direction or solve most issues relating to the car. Kevin is a relationship based salesman and we've chatted and visited throughout the year on my vehicle and what's new with BMW and certain models. During our conversation Paul displayed his vast knowledge of the BMW brand as well as his passion for the vehicles. My original plan was to trade the vehicle I was having serviced (2012 BMW X5) late next year but after talking to Paul about new X5's my wife and I decided to make the purchase one year early (14 Dec). Although my family has owned four BMW's, my wife and I agree that this purchase experience was the best thus far. Paul Blakeman's professionalism, vast knowledge of the BMW brand, and awesome customer service made all of the difference. We highly recommend Paul Blakeman if you're in the market for a new BMW. This effectively transfers all risk/costs of offering the service to the person who is unfortunate enough to get hit in DC area traffic. Issue 2. Two weeks after the having my vehicle repaired.
