We purchased a 5 series car from BMW of Alexandria late last week. It was a great buying experience and we are glad we chose this dealership. It was the dealership's (Paul's) responsiveness that first pulled me to this dealership (there are at lest 5 others that are closer to home for us). I am extremely impressed by the professional demeanor and knowledgeable that Danika displayed while helping me with my X5 routine maintaince. Took the time to go over the features of my new car that I was not aware of and has made himself accessible for any further questions I may have. Paul also creates an environment that is more "consultative" than "sales-ish", and I could always just sense that I would end up with the right BMW at the right price. Paul even remembered my wife likes coffee and gave us a BMW coffee tumbler when I picked-up the car. Paul handles the big things--what car, how much--and also handles the little things.
