If I had to use one word to describe my experience with this dealer it would be Outstanding!!! This is the first encounter and first car I purchased from this dealership and I would highly recommend them this dealer it would be Outstanding!!! This is the first encounter and first car I purchased from this dealership and I would highly recommend them to everyone. My circumstances are a little different since I am from out of state but I am amazed how exceptionally well I was treated by Joe & Eddie even though my car will not be serviced there or that I might not be a returning customer (I'm willing to bet that won't happen). This is my 31st car purchase and my 9th BMW and this has been one of, if not the best car buying experiences in the 58 years that I have been buying cars. Joe & Eddie are total professionals, customer focused, and a true pleasure to work with. I would be remiss if I failed to mention Daniella Amorando who was also very helpful in the purchase of this vehicle. Thank you all!!!!! More

I took my car in for its annual PA inspection. Luis was the best service tech I have ever worked with at a dealership. He kept me informed, as well as provided me a video of my car's inspection. Luis was the best service tech I have ever worked with at a dealership. He kept me informed, as well as provided me a video of my car's inspection. Two weeks later, I was back to take care of a recall. Both times the dealership washed my car. Working with Luis is like working with a family member. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and helpful. More
