My buying experience with Daniels BMW and sales associate Ashley was extremely pleasant, and for that, Thank you Ashley!!! From the moment I reached out to them via internet, to scheduling the test drive and Ashley was extremely pleasant, and for that, Thank you Ashley!!! From the moment I reached out to them via internet, to scheduling the test drive and then special ordering the vehicle; it all went very smooth. They answered any questions that I had. I had a car in mind, but took some others for test drives. It didn't matter, it seemed like I could have taken everyone for a test drive and they would not have minded. In the end, I settled on the one I originally had my eye on; a 2021 M440i in Arctic Race Blue. The professionalism, knowledge and patience was amazing. I was kept up to date on the progress of the ordering/build status and negotiations went very smooth. When it came in, Ashley sent me pictures of it. We then scheduled a delivery date/time. Two days before, I received a call from Business Manager, Brian, and we had a great conversation. In a nutshell, 99% of all paperwork was completed and e-signed prior to me getting there the day of the pick up. On the day of the pick up, I arrived a little earlier than planned. I was quickly greeted in a friendly manner by Ashley. The vehicle was sitting inside the showroom area ready for me to take a look at. All I can say is, Beautiful and the presentation was classy. In the showroom and not sitting out in the parking lot...that's a class act! After filling out the rest of the paperwork which only took about 10 minutes, Ashley set the car up and spent time with me going over all of the features, etc. and answering any questions that I had. If I needed to sum it up, I would say everyone was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Definitely an A+++ sales experience! The drive home was amazing! The car drove so nicely and was super comfortable. My first BMW ever, after owing many different makes/model vehicles through the years...there was something "different" about a BMW, but in a good way! My wife also loves it! We can't wait to see where the road ahead takes us! More
