BMW of Allentown is an award-winning dealership located off of Routes 22 and 309 in Allentown Pennsylvania. Formerly Daniels BMW, BMW of Allentown is now part of the Sloane Automotive Group. We're a family owned and operated dealership group serving the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas for over 50 years. The dealership itself has been family owned and operated since 1962. BMW of Allentown opened for business in our original location on Tilghman Street as a Cadillac franchise dealership. The BMW franchise was awarded to the Daniels family in 1974. It then expanded to include a Certified Collision Center and a MINI franchise in 2010....

This is the first encounter and first car I purchased from this dealership and I would highly recommend them to everyone. My circumstances are a little different since I am from out of state but I am amazed how exceptionally well I was treated by Joe & Eddie even though my car will not be serviced there or that I might not be a returning customer (I'm willing to bet that won't happen). This is my 31st car purchase and my 9th BMW and this has been one of, if not the best car buying experiences in the 58 years that I have been buying cars. Joe & Eddie are total professionals, customer focused, and a true pleasure to work with. I received a fair price on the 4 Series that I ordered. However, our salesperson, Mason, was/is very difficult to reach. The email/phone number on the card we picked up were incorrect. We found out his correct email only by emailing his supervisor. I did email him this Tuesday, 2 weeks after I ordered the car, to see if he had obtained the VIN number. I haven’t heard back. Perhaps it’s too soon but that would be nice to know. All of this disorganization could be because the dealership was recently purchased. Read More Read Less

Hi I was in the market for a low mileage used car, Using CarFax and Auto Trader I chased several dealers without success. I would send an email asking for their OTD price and worksheet for same. Every dealer except Daniels gave me a song and dance and wanted to pump me for information to tailor the deal in their behalf. David Simoes came forward with the information that I wanted. After the test drive, we determined a minor issue that needed to be addressed. His service dept agreed to the repair at the asking price of the car. It was delivered to me as promised. I can't say enough about David and Daniels BMW. This was not a high price deal for a used car, but he treated me with respect and made it easy to go forward with the purchase. A friend of mine highly recommended this particular dealership because they consistently provide a positive, trustworthy, and efficient experience, prioritizing customer service, offering competitive pricing, and having a wide selection of quality vehicles, while also being transparent and reliable. This was 100% true. I would go as far as saying this is the most superior BMW dealership in Pennsylvania. I never experienced working with a Client Advisor like Beth, who, like me, was extremely analytical and provided easy-to-read vehicle specs that I could input into Excel to compare against competitor vehicles. When I arrived early for a test drive, Brad stepped in while Beth was busy with a customer to get my son and I ready to go for a test drive. Brad made my first-ever BMW driving experience special. From sharing his own personal experience with the brand to patiently answering all my questions, I felt like I was part of the BMW of Allentown family. The purchasing process was flawless, even when they were training someone to use the finance software for the first time. Dealership has plenty of inventory, and the trade-in value for my old BMW was more than reasonable. Not being from the area, the test drive incorporated both local and highway driving so I could really value for my old BMW was more than reasonable. However, after the sale, it's been next to impossible to get anyone to return calls for add-on services the dealership was pushing at the time of purchase. I'm likely to take the car to my local BMW dealership for service as a result. More
