In addition to the standard offers and discounts, she was able to get us a decent discount to get the cost down to our asking price. In addition to the car sale, there were many occasions where she was very considerate and accommodating. - I forgot my coffee mug on her desk and when I returned at a later time for a follow-up appointment, she had it rinsed and kept it. She could have not bothered but was considerate - While dropping off the new car for certification, we said no to a loaner as we had a third car but released in the last minute that it had a flat tire. I called her up and requested a loaner then, and she managed to get one in 15 mins without any issues - We misunderstood something and my wife was not available for an appointment where she had to sign all the paperwork. Ashley and Brian Amill were all set to wrap things up but because of this, they had to postpone everything. They were still very pleasant and professional in handling the situation - We thought we forgot one of our garage door openers in a loaner car. When called in, Ashley took the time to check the car thoroughly but did not find it. Later we realized we had it with us in another car. Bottom line - Ashley was courteous, pleasant, professional and yet friendly on every occasion regardless of the situation. More
