They held the vehicle for me for 2 weeks which was greatly appreciated. The car was exactly as advertised when I arrived. I had to wait a little bit to complete the financial process, but other than that everything went very smooth. I would certainly recommend Daniels to any buyers! More

It has smooth acceleration, a great engine with surprisingly more horsepower than my last X5, and is simply a pleasure to drive. The perfect size SUV, BMW offers the best features and a beautiful color display. Its user-friendly interface with Apple Play mirrors my iphone just as my Thunderbolt display mirrors my MAC, which means safer driving. Customizing the features and color details was fun, and Jane made sure I ordered everything we discussed. The genius department is there to answer questions and was friendly and helpful. Every BMW I’ve had, including a M3 ,X3 and X5, have all been great vehicles. Service visits are handled very professionally by Dominic. Very content with the purchase, I’m sure I will continue to be a Daniels BMW customer for the long run. More

He also kept me posted on the progress of the car as it was being built and shipped. In the end the payment was even a few dollars less than I thought we had agreed on. Clint had me in and out with the paper signing in no time and Maddie took me through the new features that my older 535 did not have. Overall just a great experience with Daniels. More

I wanted to know how long it would take to receive a vehicle if I placed a special order. Their response was prompt, which I appreciated! A few weeks later, I decided to stop by Daniels to look at exterior and interior color choices for the X3s. Dmitry was my sales consultant, and he made the process extremely easy through his friendly/helpful demeanor and knowledge of the car. I decided to special order an X3 with the hitch package; Dmitry kept me posted on the manufacturing process and notified me immediately when the dealership received the car. He accommodated my schedule and spent as much time as I needed going over additional features, etc. I would buy another vehicle from him any day because of his straightforwardness and trustworthiness! When I arrived home from picking up my X3, I noticed an issue with the back bumper, so I called Dmitry. He immediately took it upon himself to make sure I had the earliest available appointment to have the bumper checked. The service appointment for the back bumper went smoothly. Dominic Hernandez took extra time to review my concerns, even though he was quite busy that morning. I felt like my concerns mattered, and for that I give huge thanks to Dmitry and Dominic. Plus, I am enjoying my new X3 - it's an awesome vehicle that I know will be maintained by a great team at Daniels! More

Once we agreed on the pre-owned vehicle, he negotiated fair trade and purchase pricing. What I found particularly impressive was the extent to which he went above and beyond to address several minor followup issues. He actually delivered a loaner vehicle to my home. Throughout the entire process, I found Dmitry to be honest, forthright and intent on making sure that I found the right vehicle for my needs.
