I took my car in for its annual PA inspection. Luis was the best service tech I have ever worked with at a dealership. He kept me informed, as well as provided me a video of my car's inspection. I was traveling overnight from northeast PA to Philadelphia. I hit a pothole and blew out a tire. I had my BMW towed to the nearest BMW dealer which was Allentown. First thing in the morning I was contacted by Charles German from their service department. Charlie was amazing from start to finish. He had my car in service bright and early and had me back on the road on my journey in almost no time. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He helped me with questions and kept me up to date and informed. Thanks to Charlie, my unpleasant flat tire experience became unexpectedly very pleasant. Great service department!
