Austin at Daniels BMW/Mini dealership provided incredible, above and beyond service. We were traveling from DC (about 4 hours away) and got a flat tire. Daniels did a great job. Scheduled quickly and in and out of the Service department quickly, Lisa who scheduled and manager this repair is very professional and competent. I have had to replace the seat bushings on both the driver and passenger seats. This is simply an engineering and material flaw designed and built by BMW. Shame on BMW for such a poor design and material choice. Not sure what was used to wash my Z3 but the vehicle looks gorgeous. More
