Had a restraint fault that could not be figured out. Charged me a $50 deductible without repairing. Said someone may have spilled something on the seat or it may have been from a car phone cord. Nothing ever spilled and I don’t need a cord since my charger is built in. Also confirmed that this has been a problem with BMW and it’s being investigated. Almost hard to believe! More

This my first time at Daniels BMW. After traveling for two hours to have my 2016 Countryman service in NJ I discovered this dealership in Allentown. I am so glad that I came here. They are friendly and courteous. Austin at service was awesome helping me. I had just taken my Mini for repairs in NJ so it could pass inspection and here I was again after spending close to $1000.00 the car failed again. Man I lost it I and blew my top and went off. But Austin in repairs handled everything like pro. He worked things out and I walked out with my car repaired and inspected at a reasonable price. Thanks Austin for working things out. More
