Is it normal to look forward to dealing with the service department at a dealership? Well with me I do. I have never had a bad experience with Mini of Allentown. We have bought 4 cars from them and they all department at a dealership? Well with me I do. I have never had a bad experience with Mini of Allentown. We have bought 4 cars from them and they all make the 90 minute drive each way to be worked on by this awesome crew. We have always been treated like family from our salesman Matt to my service rep Robin. When it comes time for our next cars it will without fail be from the same crew no matter if we live where we currently do or move out of state. More

Had a restraint fault that could not be figured out. Charged me a $50 deductible without repairing. Said someone may have spilled something on the seat or it may have been from a car phone cord. Complet Charged me a $50 deductible without repairing. Said someone may have spilled something on the seat or it may have been from a car phone cord. Complete nonsense! Nothing ever spilled and I don’t need a cord since my charger is built in. Also confirmed that this has been a problem with BMW and it’s being investigated. Almost hard to believe! More
