Auto Service Advisor That is a Pleasure to Work With Dusty Harrison has been my Z-4's "Doctor" for 5 years. Routine "physical" or "problem" to fix, Dusty can get me on the schedule and "check-up" or "cu Dusty Harrison has been my Z-4's "Doctor" for 5 years. Routine "physical" or "problem" to fix, Dusty can get me on the schedule and "check-up" or "cure" the ailment. He is a great service advisor and always a pleasure to work with. Pleasant, patient and understanding, he keeps my Z and I inline. Dusty is my "go-to" expert on my Z and my son's 335i, always taking time to answer my most trivial of questions. The whole service department is great to work with and their work is always done right the first time. Dusty is the face of the dealership that I interact with, but I know there is an expert and dedicated staff behind him in the service bays.
