He wasn't at all pushy as many other dealers were, and he let the car speak for itself. He seemed to understand just what we were looking for and was able to answer all of our questions about the new technologies and comforts (a lot to learn because our current vehicle is 12 yrs old). I used to work for a German company , so I was well aware of the expertise and performance of BMW, but I must say it was Alex and the dealership that made us comfortable enough and assured to make the investment.
