We arrived at the dealer on Ann Arbor as they were about to close for the day with no appointment. The service team treated us as if we were old friends. They were courteous, competent, and reassuring. One mechanic stayed late to resolve our problem. The service advisor assured us he would make sure we were taken care of. Everybody in the entire center was so helpful. They really stood behind the BMW name. More

Between Dereck Service advisor, Dereck West, was very prompt, courteous and professional when I recently brought my X5 in for an unscheduled service. Between Dereck and the service technician, they got my car repaired promptly so that I was able to get going again. I was very surprised at the changes in the last year at this dealership. The ownership changed about a year or so ago, and now the level of service and courteousness of the employees have improved dramatically. Barron Green from the parts department also provided great service with a list of parts which were competitively priced. I recommend them for any service and look forward to taking my vehicle here in the future. More

Service is hard to reach by phone, even when you leave a message with your number. Once you do get in touch they are genuinely polite. They are pretty relaxed about giving out loaners and shuttle service in their i3's is convenient. One time my check engine light went on. It took 2 days of repeatedly calling two different people and setting up online to get an appointment. It was an error with a NOx sensor. This is related to a design defect on diesel BMW's that can lead to injectors and the DDE failing. That can cost quite a bit of money. Their solution was to erase the error code and see if it happens again, which buys them time for my warranty to run out and take on the ~$4000 repair by myself. More

Made an appointment, arrived early and took a walk to a diner down the street. Came back, had coffee in their lounge area, checked out the latest models and visited the cashier when the car was ready. The service folks were great, the sales staff answered various questions I had and the cashier was nice. The dealer is conveniently located and was customer focused., More
