Hello Sir, I'm not certain when you purchased your vehicle, however if it was after July 22nd 2014 then I need to get with my Finance Manager and discuss his follow-up procedures or lack there of. I am disappointed to hear that there are still issues with our ability to answer inbound calls. This is something that has stumped me for years so I have finally caved in and agreed to go with a BDC system to make sure 100% of our calls get answered 100% of the time. The other issue is call backs and status updates. We have made great progress in this area and will continue to do so as we add a 3rd Service Advisor later this week. Now to address your comment about us delaying the process to stick you with a service bill. I can assure you that this is not our goal, we would never want that to happen to us so we would never impose that towards a customer. We keep detailed notes on all repairs including those under warranty. If the problem resurfaced within a reasonable amount of time after the original OEM warranty expired, we would most certainly be able to get the vehicle repaired under our 'good will' policy with BMW. You are eligible for an extended service and maintenance agreements as long as your vehicle is still within the original OEM warranty timeline and we would be more than happy to help you with that if that is still a consideration.
