I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with BMW of Arlington, particularly involving a sales representative named Arthur and the finance manager Nasser. I contacted Arthur in the morning reg BMW of Arlington, particularly involving a sales representative named Arthur and the finance manager Nasser. I contacted Arthur in the morning regarding a 2022 Range Rover SVR they had on the lot. I was the only one interested at that time and made it clear I was applying specifically for that vehicle. However, after starting the application, I found out my credit was run multiple times with different banks without my consent. I had only agreed to have BMW run it, and I was never informed that they would shotgun my application to multiple lenders. When I raised this concern, Arthur snapped at me, saying they weren’t a bank and this was just how they do things, even though I had never been informed. He was rude and dismissive when I pointed out that I had not consented to multiple credit checks. Eventually, he passed me to Nasser, the finance manager, who at least was polite and assured me they’d stop running my credit with other banks. After some time, Arthur told me I was approved but needed to put down a bit more, which I agreed to. Despite that, he then informed me another colleague was showing the car to a different buyer and they sold it out from under me. After running my credit and making me go through the process, they never held the vehicle, which is a basic courtesy in the industry. In summary, the lack of communication, the rude attitude from Arthur, and the unprofessional way they handled the entire situation was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership if you expect transparency and courtesy. More

Rene is professional, highly efficient, and truly cares about what customers need. His positive and customer-focused attitude made the process stress-free, and I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend asking for Rene if you visit BMW Arlington—he goes above and beyond. In my opinion, Rene truly deserves to be recognized as one of the best employees at this location! More
