I called and made an appointment for an oil change with a service advisor. The service advisor went home early and no one contacted me to let me know. Also, at the time of my call, I asked about having my oi service advisor. The service advisor went home early and no one contacted me to let me know. Also, at the time of my call, I asked about having my oil change done because I was about 6,000 miles out of the required 10,000 mile mark for the oil change. I was told that the service department would let me know. When I arrived at the dealership, I sat in my car for about 2 minutes waiting for someone to come out. When the older gentleman came out and did whatever he needed to do, I walked in only to find out that I was too early and could not have my oil change done unless I was willing to pay for it out of pocket. I have a scheduled maintenance, the vehicle check service,that is apparently required because the last time I had an oil change done the technician made note on the car so the reminder is on and will not be taken off until that service is done. More

BMW of Arlington did not honestly disclose the full details of the vehicle. After the payment was completed, you only provided one key instead of two. This was never clearly communicated to me beforeha details of the vehicle. After the payment was completed, you only provided one key instead of two. This was never clearly communicated to me beforehand. If I had been informed in advance that there was only one key, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. A car key represents security and peace of mind for the owner. Failing to disclose this information feels intentional and dishonest. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency and integrity in this transaction. More

Great dealership. Sales were kind and professional. I purchased a preowned 430i, when I got to dealership for test drive and purchase, was told it wasn't ready, as m Sales were kind and professional. I purchased a preowned 430i, when I got to dealership for test drive and purchase, was told it wasn't ready, as mechanics found it needed new front brakes, a wheel polished (road rash) and a small gaggle of rock chips that were Being touched up. Car drove flawlessly, and very I was impressed with their honesty about the maintenance of the vehicle. I told sales I would get check for vehicle (no financing) from my bank-Chase. They gave me a courtesy ride to bank as well. When I thanked David H., my salesman, he said it's the BMW way. This is my 1st BMW, so far, very happy with the whole process More
