On road trip from Scottsdale Arizona when I broke down in Liberty Hill Texas. Got towed into Austin. Limped into BMW of Austin at 7:05 AM without an appointment. Was greeted very professionally and soon was Liberty Hill Texas. Got towed into Austin. Limped into BMW of Austin at 7:05 AM without an appointment. Was greeted very professionally and soon was met by advisor Jose. He told me when the car would be inspected and set me up for digital updates. Jose came back with the problem diagnosis and when the service should be completed. When the work was completed Jose informed me that the high pressure fuel pump was covered because BMW was providing extended warranty coverage, which was really nice since my car’s mileage was over 111,000 miles. I drove out at 11 AM. Total elapsed time less than 4 hours and no charge. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you Jose and BMW of Austin. More
