Service is “ok.” They have no loaners to give so it’s not a “luxurious” service any longer. I get that there is a shortage but to make up for that you’re going to need to step up your customer service, a lot a “luxurious” service any longer. I get that there is a shortage but to make up for that you’re going to need to step up your customer service, a lot. The porters are not friendly, welcoming, or even mildly professional. I dropped my car off one morning and the only thing the porter said was, “ Do you have an appointment?” as if I was bothering him. No “ Good Morning welcome BMW of Austin.” He was texting on his phone while I was waiting for him to bring me inside the service area. All around, the staff doesn’t seem happy to be there or that you are there either. I pay for luxury cars on purpose, to enjoy the entire experience. Not this time. More

He worked with me every step of the way and answered every question I had, including putting together products and services from other companies for my new car. Friendly and responsive. Most recent work was basic maintenance but was handled as expected. All good! I like my assigned service rep. The service and parts staff are very friendly, however one complaint that I have is with the state my car was in when I picked it up from service. I can understand things like the HVAC and light settings one complaint that I have is with the state my car was in when I picked it up from service. I can understand things like the HVAC and light settings not being returned to how they were when I dropped off the car, but I was very surprised to see that they had unplugged the power to my dash cam and left it unplugged. Fortunately I noticed this when I got in the car and plugged it back in, because if there would have been an incident afterwards where I would have needed the dash cam recording and didn't have it due to it being unplugged, I would be very upset. More
