I was provided with prompt and excellent service during a routine oil change. I have one very trivial and minor suggestion. It has to do with the waiting area, and in particular, with the complimentary cof routine oil change. I have one very trivial and minor suggestion. It has to do with the waiting area, and in particular, with the complimentary coffee. A low cost and big impact upgrade would be to change the styrofoam coffee cups to paper cups and the coffee stir sticks from plastic to wood stir sticks. These changes would be more in line with the prestige of the BMW brand. More

Every single time we have dealt with Amanda she gives us horrible costumer service. Someone else had to tell us the status on our vehicle after two hours.
