I have recently purchased a bmw 7 series from the bakersfield BMW Much to my surprise the day I have received my vehicle I noticed two dents on the hood of the car. A chipped paint spot on the qua bakersfield BMW Much to my surprise the day I have received my vehicle I noticed two dents on the hood of the car. A chipped paint spot on the quarter panel of the vehicle. After that day I took the car to a nearby bmw where I have been verbally communicated that the passenger side panel has been painted after factory paint also the guy pointed out scratches on the vehicle. They should have disclosed the damages on the vehicle since it is a brand new one. After having told this to the salesman they have been ignorant to these issues. I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND More
