When the car was ordered in March, Mazen misrepresented the interest rate and delivery time. I always had to contact Mazen for delivery updates; he didn’t contact me. I waited a very long time for the fina the interest rate and delivery time. I always had to contact Mazen for delivery updates; he didn’t contact me. I waited a very long time for the finance department. I didn’t receive compensation for over 3 month delivery time; whereas other dealerships have provided me compensation. More

To many people involved in the sale of a used vehicle. Every time you have a question someone different shows up and avoids your question till your head is spinning. Hard to get a straight answer. Roger (my advisor) was awesome. The work done on my car was also top notch. However BMW never has loaner cars and instead shuttles you around in an old chrysler mini van. I have been fortunate enough to own Acura, Mercedes, Volvo & BMWs. At all other premium dealerships, the level of service has always been top notch.
