Worst experience I am an out of state buyer. We explained we would pick up car in trailer and register in our home state. All they had to do was send information to our DMV instead they register We explained we would pick up car in trailer and register in our home state. All they had to do was send information to our DMV instead they registered it in California now I have to go through all kinds of paperwork to get it registered in my home state. More

Worked with sales department to provide a loaner when standard wait would have been over 1 BMW to cover cost of an "out of warranty" ac compressor.
