Very Pleasant Car Purchase Experience On Sat 9/23/17, I and my 6.5 year old son visited the BMW Motorwerks in Barrington & had a very good car purchase experience with Brittany Rhodes our On Sat 9/23/17, I and my 6.5 year old son visited the BMW Motorwerks in Barrington & had a very good car purchase experience with Brittany Rhodes our sales person. Britanny listened carefully to my needs & suggested some alternative ideas which were at the back of my mind but I had not articulated due to some cost assumptions. As we discussed, I grew more excited at the prospect that my desire for a brand new vs. used could be feasible. My son was listening keenly and asked Britanny for plain pieces of papers which he used to draw a big house with many levels and each containing a different BMW car - he drew more than 10 in total & truly enjoyed his time there. I ended up purchasing a 2017 x3 series which is truly awesome! The Sales Supervisor (Mike) and Finance Manager (Ryan) were also quite professional to work with. Thanks BMW of Barrington for making the hours we spent there enjoyable for my son and I! Had the atmosphere not catered to him, I would not have been as relaxed to make a decision on the first visit.
