I purchased a BMW 428i the other day at Motor Werks, I had the GREATEST car buying experience of my life. From start to finish, every employee I encountered worked tirelessly to provide me the absolute BEST in customer service. Harry Gianos my client advisor worked to make my transmission from my Mercedes Benz to the BMW family seemless, he even drilled my front plate on for me! He answered any question I had and introduced me to the rest of the sales team. Harry truly made sure I was taken care of and that I was supremely satisfied. Mike Gargano and Chris Lima answered all my questions and continuously offered their support not only that day but for the entire time I owned my car. Brad Michelson was my "genius" he worked with me and answered all my questions about my car's "brain." Brad couldn't have been more helpful, he set everything up for me and even programmed my garage door. From the very moment I entered the dealership until the time I drove off the lot in my new car I felt like I was the only customer. BMW 4series Love Motor Werks..nice variety of new and pre-owned cards. I am very comfortable shopping there being a lady thats 60...I had confidence in Agnes sho Love Motor Werks..nice variety of new and pre-owned cards. I am very comfortable shopping there being a lady thats 60...I had confidence in Agnes showing me around the car and sitting down and doing the paperwork...she is a great lady...enjoyed her very much... The only thing I wish is that the instructions on using the navigation and even the radio/cd player came with the car...looks like I'll have to go back to the dealer and have someone sit down with me in the car and help me out...I was told to call for any thing I needed to know and i guess I will sometime soon. I am disappointed the warranty was not transferred over to me ... that added a nice chunk to the final cost of the car. But that is water under the bridge.... Connie Wickman More

I traded in a 2013 Beetle and ordered a 230i from the factory. The wait was about 8 weeks, but the car has only the options I wanted and that great Valencia Orange color. More
