Purchased a BMWX2 exactly 12 months ago and what a huge disappointment. I drove a Mercedes Benz for 10 years and wish I had it back. Agnes assured me this car was going to be amazing. Electrical issues, constant alerts for things needed service, or malfunctions. Not even a year into owning the car and I have to replace the brakes. I had the alignment done on this car twice already and it still veers to the right. The electronics on this car have a mind of their own. Apple Car Play which I thought was a nice feature constantly did it's own thing and per Agnes's suggestion I disabled it, now my phone doesn't sync properly. When I expressed my concerns to Agnes it took 2 weeks of following up. When she finally called me back she was direct and accusatory to say the very least. All she cares about is making the sale. I have dealt with her manager and now the service manager who told me the car needs a software update. Service has had my car in the past and never was it mentioned that I needed a software update. When asked why, Mark in service said BMW doesn't like to do software updates as other problems may arise. I made arrangements with Mark in service to have them pick up my car and provide me with loaner vehicle for this morning between 7-9 am. I am writing this review at 10 am and no loaner vehicle and no response after several text messages sent to BMW service and sales manager. More
