Drove 2 hours made to wait for 45 mins when the sales man knew I was coming from far. Anyhow was given the run around by John Theta the used car manager (Total Duchebag) . Then they have Angela Munoz try to call and smooth me over ( Big Liar) anyhow I made several attempts at calling there GM due to my bad experience and to date the guy has never called me back. Me personally I chose to spend my money elsewhere, don’t no body have time for the xxxxxxxx! And these guys are full of it. More

She knew exactly what I was looking for when I briefly explained my preferences. In less than an hour, she had placed the order, taken my payment and set me up to pick up my car later that afternoon. It’s really unbelievable the miracles she can work! It’s no wonder that she is the top sales lady for the company! Her assistant Priscilla is top notch as well! Jennifer Odato , service advisor, provide me with the most exceptional and Professional customer Service. She kept me posted with the vehicles mechanics as well as making some necessary recommendations. The shop Forman, Nick Rovello, introduced himself and provided me his professional and knowledgeable recommendations as well, towards the vehicles maximum performance. I will continue using BMW of Bayside as my service station, just for the caring and exceptional customer service. More
