I have purchased many, many new vehicles through the years....eleven new cars in 2010 alone, and so far, six in 2011. So you could say that I'm a bit of a car fanatic! My sales and delivery experience at BMW of Bel Air has to rank as one of the best I have ever had. They make you feel like you are a long time friend and not just another customer. At no time was there any pressure to buy, and most importantly, they were honest and straightforward in all their communications. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at the dealership....not the rat race encountered at some! I would highly recommend BMW of Bel Air and these two very knowledgeable gentlemen, Nic Brown and Scott Richmond. More

This is the second car I have purchased from BMW of Bel Air. This is an awesome place - the service department is top notch Roger, Bill and Joe have always been more like friends and Nic Brown and that wiz Air. There are no unpleasant surprises here - the transactions are friendly, straightforward and accurate from proposal thru signing. These folks bend over backwards for you and are a lot more down to earth than you would expect from a premium marque. Rather than being lofty - these guys are enthusiasts and every bit as excited as you are when it comes to their product and your purchase. This does not end after the sale either - it is always a pleasure to take the machine in for service or even stop by and say hello. Whether or not you're there to purchase anything everyone makes you feel like family. The common sense approach here is welcome too - there is very little stress in the purchase process: they assume you want the best deal, best price, no nonsense and ease of transaction so rather than wait for you to ask they just give it and present it. From start to finish, this dealership is the best that I have ever encountered. Nic Brown, the salesman, is very knowledgable about all BMWs. He is also a very kind and nice gentlemen to work with. Not only did he help me out on the car that I purchased directly from him but he helped answer a question on my wife's BMW that I mistakenly purchased elsewhere over two years ago. There was no pressure during the entire process of buying my new vehicle. Scott Richmond, the Sales Manager, came in on his day off to complete the paperwork so I could receive the car on a particular day as a surprise for a family member. It might not seem like a big deal but this came on the heels of my telling him his pricing was wrong. I hate admitting publicly but I was the one with the wrong prices and poor math. Scott was correct all along! If you truly want a pleasant buying experience don't hesitate to buy from BMW of Bel Air and in particular Nic Brown. I couldn't be happier. Although this dealership is 50+ miles from my hometown, I want buy another BMW from anyone else. I was searching for a rare color combo and feature set in the last of the 2010 650i Series. I found BMW of Bel Air online and spoke to Nic Brown. He was very helpful, negotiated a great price (BMW knocked $1 the last of the 2010 650i Series. I found BMW of Bel Air online and spoke to Nic Brown. Having had a previous BMW serviced here, I have found both the sales and service staff personnel to be well informed and very pleasant to interact with in both sales and service areas. The 2003 Used 300 both the sales and service staff personnel to be well informed and very pleasant to interact with in both sales and service areas. The 2003 Used 300 series BMW was in near perfect shape and small items were immediately corrected. One could not ask for better service. I certainly would recommend them highly to anyone interested in the purchase or servicing of their vehicle. More
