Thorough and polite advisor and prompt service. However car needed extensive software updates of which I was not advised ahead of time. I live 3 hours from dealership and had not planned for an additional car needed extensive software updates of which I was not advised ahead of time. Pretty poor experience. I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle and the sales person didn't even show up. When I asked to test drive the vehicle the told me that they did not have any in stock. It drive a vehicle and the sales person didn't even show up. When I asked to test drive the vehicle the told me that they did not have any in stock. It was a huge waste of time. Why make an appointment and not have the vehicle in stock, or show up. Extremely disrespectful of my time. I would rather drive to Seattle and purchase a vehicle there. More

There isn't enough letters and room to put in how bad of an experience I had and have had at this dealership. I even looked across the country to buy my car so I wouldn't have to continue to work with this an experience I had and have had at this dealership. I was ordering a brand new, custom built car which you would have assumed they would be so excited to help, sell and keep me happy. I came from 20 years of owning and working with the Lexus dealer in Bellevue and even called them to see if I could have them maintain my car once I got it so I wouldn't have to deal with these people again. I spend a lot of money maintaining my car with detailing and "care" usually when I had my Lexus, but haven't done it once because I can't get any one to help with detailing info or feel like I want to support this dealer I will take my business elsewhere for all issues once my warantee is up. More
