My car was scratched during service last September, they admitted it. My texts and emails were ignored so I had to stop by and have a chat with the service manager. They made an appt with the paint guy for a few weeks later. The appt meant nothing as they were too busy to do anything until the next day. What should have been a 1-2 day fix took 6 days. I did have a loaner. I live about 2 hours away and had to make an extra trip to Bellevue to pick up my car. I was not reimbursed $30 for the gas I used to make the extra trip. Anthony was not very good at keeping me informed. Too many times I heard "I was just about to call/text you" what I asked for updates. The work done on my car was fine but the customer service was lacking. I won't be buying any cars from them. More

First class service from the moment I drove inside the Service bays. My service advisor, Anthony, explained what was scheduled, arranged for a loaner, and got me on the road in record time!
