Very beautiful dealership from the design and interior standpoint. Great customer service team at first. They took my car in to check on battery for one day and gave me a loaner. It’s turned out to be 7 days. I had to follow up myself with service rep t They took my car in to check on battery for one day and gave me a loaner. It’s turned out to be 7 days. I had to follow up myself with service rep to check status but I never did hear from them on status. I finally said I need to pickup the car. They gave it to me and did not hear back until today of what was wrong with battery. Before leaving the dealership, I noticed many black spots on the hood of the car. My service rep try to clean them but they did not come off. At this point he was telling me that these spots were not from them. That’s when I realized he did not want to take ownership. So he sent me his manager. His manger took the car back and had the detailing people remove the spots. I would have given this dealer 5 stars but I think they should improve on following up with customer on the status of the car and not the other way around. Also, the team needs to believe the customer and not deny responsibility right away before investigating the issue. More
