Reading the reviews of this dealership, you'd think I went to a different place yesterday. My car has one xenon headlight out. I drove to this dealership, had to wait a good time for help, and when I e went to a different place yesterday. My car has one xenon headlight out. I drove to this dealership, had to wait a good time for help, and when I explained the problem they would not even look at the car. Told me to come back in 11 days. Driving with one headlight is a safety hazard (plus, it's illegal), all they would do is give me a copy of the deferred appointment in case I get pulled over.<br>I was pretty dissapointed.<br> More

The salesmen are really unfriendly. Had two experiences here. When I bought my first car in 2002, the salesman really treated me unfairly, but somehow I bought the car. Now I am looking to trade in my car here. When I bought my first car in 2002, the salesman really treated me unfairly, but somehow I bought the car. Now I am looking to trade in my car for another car, but again, the salesperson is a joke, although he is friendly. He kept on promising to call me, but never did. It was always me who called him, and he would say that he was gonna try to find the car for me in other dealerships in the west coast, but he would always say that the other dealerships would not call him back. Had been waiting for almost two weeks now. Promised me to get the car real soon, but now he's going to Vegas before even working on my car...<br><br>The service department is great, though. I would recommend you to go to this guy called Kenneth Stoner. He's a great guy! He helped me a lot. This guy saves BMW of Bellevue by giving me a great customer service. <br><br>Wouldn't recommend the sales department.<br>Fully recommend the service department. More
