Jeannie the specialist was really professional and communicative. The shop returned my car with greasy finger prints and sticky residue. Not a big deal if I didn’t pay 1950. Jennie is my service advisor, and I don't want anyone else! She's great at communicating and always goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best experience and our vehicle is taken care of. When I've had to interact with others in the service department, they are great as well. We purchased a couple of new cars and one used from this dealership. The new car sales experience was great, but the used car service was lacking. I would say trust your gut when you go on the test drive. The used car we bought was smaller than my previous BMW so I thought the alignment would feel different, nope. The alignment was off and how that go through their inspection process, I have no idea. Either way, when I contacted used sales about it, they tried to make it my issue. Mind you, I called them the very next day after driving home 20+ miles and really feeling the alignment. Aside from that experience, I'd still give this dealer 5 stars for the consistently great service (thanks to the service dept), friendly and openness from new sales, and overall great communication. More
