Needed oil change, cabin filters and wiper blades. Did not seem that busy however it took almost 3 hours. Which was an hour more than I was told. More

Dropped off my car for an 8 AM appointment for an oil change and they said the car wouldn't be ready until 3-4PM. Tried to upsell services I don't need like most dealerships. More
