In the past, I had told myself I would never buy another BMW from this dealership because of the extremely negative experiences I had with their service department. I felt that they were always out to sell me things and find problems in the car that may be did not exist.. I am truly hoping that area has changed for the better. I got so tired of being sold those problems that after first couple of years, I found an independent BMW service outfit and started to go there for all my service need. So the dealership’s servicing lost years of business from me. It’s been a few years now, so I’m hoping the direction has changed. But for my car buying experience this time, it was a pleasant one, and process was very simple.. I also appreciated the representative helping sync, explain and set up some of the features as soon as the purchase was completed. Once again, Wineska was the best part of this process who made sure everything was simplified. I felt the individual in financing did push additional features one time too many. But overall she was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. More

He sets goals and respects his clients budget and game honest advice so I can budget for my repairs in the future ans is real what I need. Uber was provided to be too and from when my car was ready I loved this service . Hanging a luxury car is expensive I wool love to see more promos on oil changes or this dealership needs a better customer holding area like Mercedes, there coffee machine is old lol, please update this area along with products to buy and you would hands down be the best BMW dealership … More
Restaint systems are not covered on a Platinium Warranty - beware a seat sensor costs over $3k to fix. I elected not to fix the intermittent problem - but when I got the car back from BMW of Bellevue the p - beware a seat sensor costs over $3k to fix. I elected not to fix the intermittent problem - but when I got the car back from BMW of Bellevue the problem was worst. All kinds of warning lights about passenger restraint system. They rotated the tires and filled the right side at 33 and the left side of the car at 37 - but system thinks that is fine. Overall I would rate them 0. And, why should I have to talk to a manager to get any real action? More
