I came in for a used car for my business. They sales people were pushing me to move this over to my personal information to get the sale out the door even after repeatedly telling them I was They sales people were pushing me to move this over to my personal information to get the sale out the door even after repeatedly telling them I was already approved through my business we just needed a PO for it. They called every day for 4 days telling us they were going to sell the car if we didn't come get it - knowing that we had secured things with the finance department. We also had asked several times (3 or 4 different people) about the open recall on the car. They INSISTED that there was not one AND that they could not sell us the car if there was. That was a lie. Not only was the carfax report IN the truck, we pulled it on our own and there IS an open re-call and they still denied it. This car was meant to generate revenue for me and I am unable to do that because of the recall. This is now going to cost me 6-8 weeks of revenue. I get you're trying to sell a car - but don't lie in the process and do your due diligence on the car before selling it. All they had to do was take it to the dealership to have the recall fixed, NOT THAT HARD but they chose not to and now I have to wait to have this service complete. I won't buy from them again More

Came for the first service of a new car. Oil change should take few min. Waited for a long time for someone to talk to me when I dropped the car in the morning.. At the end of the day, the car was still not ready. They sent me a text, vehicle is still programming. I asked for details, never got a response. When I left the car I asked them to check the driver door lock sensor as sometimes it doesn't work. They wrote in the paper it works fine, but didn't explain how they tested it, didn't ask me any questions, didn't try to understand better when it happens, and how they can help. More
Only postive is I got the car I was looking for, there was nothing exceptional about the service received. My sales associate was in personal, I had to ask him to walk me through the features of the car a was nothing exceptional about the service received. My sales associate was in personal, I had to ask him to walk me through the features of the car and to provide basic information that any usual sales rep would provide. Since purchasing the car I’ve had one issue and it has been like moving mountains to get a response from him. In all I’m sure I can get better service somewhere else. More
