The sales person, Olivia, and the finance department were great and proceeded in a timely manner. The problem, and what prevents me from leaving a five star review, is the service department. There was some work that was going to be completed on my car the next morning, and I was told they would start at 8:30am. The parts were not ready at that time and instead of providing transparency and honesty in when my car would be ready and allowing me to plan my day I was instead told lies to cover for the fact they did not pull the parts the night before. While it’s understandable that mistakes happen, like with the parts not being ready, but not respecting someone’s time and not telling them the truth is a problem. The service department is the department that most people will deal with regular basis and I would encourage better transparency and honesty. More

This dealer has a great selection of cars but they are really a bunch of used car salesmen in disguise. I asked for one thing and was told - the manager can do that. I then drive 400+ miles and all of a really a bunch of used car salesmen in disguise. I asked for one thing and was told - the manager can do that. I then drive 400+ miles and all of a sudden "Not possible". This is the second car at BMW Bellevue in 31 months....200K and yet, this is how they treat you. I drove ~2000 miles to buy from them and they gave me nothing. I have the emails essentially telling me what they will do - and when I arrive, they switched to "We can't do that". The Finance person was a bit clumsy....literally wrote my Temp tag to expire ON CHRISTMAS DAY...seriously? More
