I was not impressed with the service department. We brought our X5 in, parked it in the service room, was told to wait for a tech to contact us. We waited about 15 minutes then they asked for the keys and ordered us a Lyft. They did not ask questions before the service nor did they explain anything after the service. Just handed us the invoice. More

Ive met with several representatives for maintenance on my bme. Saf has done the extra mile for me even when busy. They use to offer rentals/loaner cars but they dont as often but they offer a complime my bme. Saf has done the extra mile for me even when busy. They use to offer rentals/loaner cars but they dont as often but they offer a complimentary lyft. Be sure to ask how ling it will take so you wont be stuck without a car for a couple of days and see if they can accommodate in any way More
