I thank Michelle for taking a look at my faulty tailgate. She personally first helped me troubleshoot the issue and then was able to determine that its a part failure. I came to fix soft lock door handle issue. Its not fixed even after 2 visits. I have scheduled for one more. If you know what is the issue. It shouldn’t take more time to fix it for a dealer. Made an appointment for oil change while I waited. Service promised to be completed within 2 hours. After waiting two hours, I asked about completion and was told no work had been started and that ano Service promised to be completed within 2 hours. After waiting two hours, I asked about completion and was told no work had been started and that another two hours was needed. As I could not wait further, the work was not done. I made a 75 mile drive to get this oil change so very disappointing service. More

Service experience is so spectacular here at BMW of Bellevue that I am not sure if I want to every buy new. 1st time buying a used BMW, and yes my 2015 M235i Convertible has it's gremlins. It had sever Bellevue that I am not sure if I want to every buy new. 1st time buying a used BMW, and yes my 2015 M235i Convertible has it's gremlins. It had several recent visits (3 in last 4 months). Each time the communication and the follow up from my service advisor Angel who I met 1st time when I bought my new 2018 X5, is truly exceptional. Last visit took about a month to resolve due to extended 3rd party warranty. Warranty company did not make it easy to get the service repair authorized; however, at the end with my service advisor's persistence got it approved. What was better than not paying for repair was to be able to drive a 2021 BMW 2 series x drive as a loaner. I enjoyed the 2 series better than the last 3 series loaner which also had x drive. More
