Brandon kept us well-informed throughout the whole experience. Our only area for improvement was the length of time it took to pick up our vehicle. We ordered our vehicle and made an appt to pick it up, and asked to discuss as much in advance as possible. It took 3-4 hours on pickup day, mostly waiting around for financing paperwork. Given they knew we were coming, we would have expected paperwork to be ready and waiting for us to sign and expedite the process. More

Felt 2 hours was a bit long to perform an oil change. My vehicle sat in the driveway when finished and no one alerted the service was finished. There was a recall service required, but I wasn't notified My vehicle sat in the driveway when finished and no one alerted the service was finished. There was a recall service required, but I wasn't notified until I arrived. Since it was a technical software update they couldn't tell if it would take 2 hours or 8 hours. Now I have to return again and leave the vehicle for a full day to perform the recall. More
