I purchased my BMW and extended service plan from a BMW dealership in CA. They were very customer oriented and worked with me to check for any early potential failures using diagnostic tools at their disp dealership in CA. Since I own a second home in coastal WA, I took my 428i to BMW of Bellevue. They scanned my car key and noticed that I had an oil change (one that I paid for) and said they could not do another oil change since it was outside of the service interval. I then asked if they could use their diagnostic tools to check for any early failure indications. The service manager told me they couldn't do that unless there were specific concerns about the vehicle. When I complained, she told me these were BMW North America guidelines. I mentioned that the dealership where I purchased my car had always done this as part of their service regiment, she stated flatly they would not be able to do this. The net is that I drove over 100 miles to hear that unless something was wrong, there was nothing they could do. When I mentioned that the oil change that I paid for had nothing to do with BMW and that I had paid for the extended service plan, she said there was nothing they could do. I have purchased 3 BMW's, love the cars and am a very big proponent of BMW but I would never purchase a car from this dealership and am rethinking my commitment to BMW. Sincerely, Paul W. Taylor More
I am highly disappointed with the BMW of Bellevue. I had a very bad experience where I purchased the car from them and just two months later, I realized that the car was not well inspected and the wip I had a very bad experience where I purchased the car from them and just two months later, I realized that the car was not well inspected and the wipers were loose which caused a major break in my windshield. Had this break been on the road, it would have caused a major accident. When I visited them with my broken windshield and told them the what happened, the people at the center were very rude and directly refused to take any kind of ownership when it was clearly their fault. Rather, they implicated that it was me who loosened the wipers. Why would I deliberately loosen up the wipers and cause a break on my windshield? Most importantly, this happened within just 2 month of purchase. This was my first car that I purchased ever in my life and I trusted BMW as a brand and that is why I went ahead with it. However, I would not recommend any one buying their cars from BMW of Bellevue because clearly they are very nice when they have to sell the car, but extremely rude and insensitive when it comes to listening to their customer's problem. My service advisor was Ben, he was very nice and understanding of my situation. Ben did a full inspection communicated with me about my car and it’s needs but wasn’t pushy simply pointed out other s understanding of my situation. He even sent video and pictures of what they found. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because my seats are cream and when I got my car back there was dark greasy oil spots on my driver seat. The clean up could have been better considering how expensive my service was. More

Been going here since 2017, I own a 2014 M435i. Michelle has been my service advisor at every step. Awesome is the best word to describe each experience. Brought my 2018 X3 into the dealership. The car has about 16000 miles. The warranty expired in April 2021 due to calendar time. Obviously, I still have a low mileage vehicle and things should not break in this timeframe. I took the car in for an oil change and resolution of a check engine light. $1300 spent and they wanted more to continue to troubleshoot the check engine light. I told them to change the oil and button the car up. I wasn't going to spend over $1500. troubleshooting a part that should not have broken in 16000 miles (likely a bad sensor). I will not return to this dealership. Highway robbery! I have owned Porsches, Mercedes, and Lexus vehicles. Parts don't go bad in 16000 miles unless they were bad quality from the original build. Regardless of calendar time, this should have been covered in warranty if BMW of Bellevue had any ethics. More
