I recently needed to help my Mom purchase a used car. We had found one on the the websit. We had a few questions about the options that were listed for the vehicle before we came to see it. Nick took the time to check the vechile for them and called us back before we came to the dealership. Nick made the purchase a very pleasant experience. Alex made the paperwork go smoothly and was very patient with Mom using the tablet for signatures. I would highly recommend BMW of Bellvue. More
