Safeeullah was very kind, friendly and accommodated my blown-out tire within hours of my car being dropped off. Hector, in parts came out to my car with me to look at my tire to see if BMW Bellevue wou blown-out tire within hours of my car being dropped off. Hector, in parts came out to my car with me to look at my tire to see if BMW Bellevue would have my specific tire available. He was able to locate that they had at least 7 tires in. Hector walked over to an office with service employee, found the desk of Safeeullah, and walked me to Safeeullah's desk, with the tire part paperwork and asked me to take a seat, to wait for Safeeullah.
