I would have given 5 stars but when I called and got a scheduler, she was very rude, wouldn’t let me talk, told me I was cutting her off and I ended up hanging up. I’ve never had someone act like that bef scheduler, she was very rude, wouldn’t let me talk, told me I was cutting her off and I ended up hanging up. I’ve never had someone act like that before so it was very upsetting. I ended up calling Jennie who is my service provider and she was amazing and such a hard worker. She always goes above and beyond to help you out with any problems and always with a smile on her face. Everyone else was wonderful as well and I was very happy with my service More

Our service team member, Michelle, is very nice and attentive. She responded quickly and kindly to our needs. Also, we had a young man attend to us in the parts department who was extremely helpful and attentive. She responded quickly and kindly to our needs. Also, we had a young man attend to us in the parts department who was extremely helpful and seemed to truly care about our needs. Our experience with this dealership seems to be either hot or cold. We have experienced employees who are very kind and thoughtful, like I explained above, and we have had a couple experiences where the employee has been less than polite. More

Great experience getting my BMW X1 repaired and serviced at the Bellevue dealer. Best part was I didn’t have to wait when I brought it in or when I picked it up. Angel was wonderful to work with - thank you at the Bellevue dealer. Best part was I didn’t have to wait when I brought it in or when I picked it up. Angel was wonderful to work with - thank you. And for this former East Coaster who hates having her time wasted, it can consume upwards of a day if not more and who has the patience for that? I swear this dealership gets me. So I've been loyal to BMW since I walked away from an accident I should not have been able to have walked away from. My BMW saved my life. Five models later when it came to finding my next vehicle the manufacturer was a no-brainer. Finding someone who would sell me one who I trusted as much as my dealership back East though - that wasn't something I looked forward to. Silly me. For starters, did BMW of Bellevue offer me an extensive selection of cars, were they well (and transparently) priced, with sales staff that were knowledgeable and professional? Absolutely but, quite honestly, that should be table stakes for any dealership. And that will never - ever - be the reason I sit down to write a review. Know what is? The experience. Life is short. Especially with a big ticket purchase, if it isn't an enjoyable and comfortable experience, what's the point? And *that* is what made this car buying trip the absolute best of my life. Ely Samadi in financing listened intently to my needs - never imposing BMW's own and with zero pressure presented an array of options clearly so I could make an informed rather than pressure-induced decision. And then there was my sales rep Brian Liu about whom there are simply not enough lovely things to say. From making the initial appointment, to the way I was greeted and ushered through the entire process, I never want to buy another vehicle without him. His patience, guidance, and insight spoiled me. I am profoundly grateful to these gentlemen - as well as to their GM Corey Francalangia for nurturing a culture in which the customer's needs and comfort are obviously made central to the process. I've never felt so well-taken care of. The easiest, most enjoyable car-buying experience of my life. Much gratitude, BMW of Bellevue. Truly. More
