Love this new facility. People are friendly, especially Randy Eaton. Although there was a little wait perhaps on a busy Saturday. Alp was great! Bellevue didn't have the car in stock so I was able to customize my car using the online tools on BMW USA site. I took my spec sheet into Alp and he took care of the rest.
