This place is phenomenal! I have BMW of Bend a 5 out of 5 because of how kind and knowledgeable their workers are. They explained how to use my car and what buttons do what. I was able to ask any question and get the answer to it. Above all though, everyone was so nice and welcoming, it was easy to joke around and have fun. Trevor was the most amazing person ever. He was so funny and knew exactly what he was talking ahout. I would highly recommend this dealership. Also they have sexy cars! 10/10!! More

Quick Service We had a thumping noise on our X-1 coming from from the front passenger side, since we live 200 miles away and only get to Bend every other month or s We had a thumping noise on our X-1 coming from from the front passenger side, since we live 200 miles away and only get to Bend every other month or so, called on the way south and they were able to get us right in and solve the problem. I was so impressed at their quick service we had been thinking of a new 328d wagon, and decided to buy it from Kendall this is the second car we have bought here, even though there are several other dealers closer to us, we prefer to go to BMW of Bend not only for service but also to purchase our vehicles from.
